How often should I do a health screening?

Updated over 10 months ago

Doctors recommend you to do a health screening at least twice a year, so you can measure the before and after of any health interventions.

Our health screening can complement traditional GP and hospital health screenings if you have already done your health screening for the year.

Additionally, our panels of biomarkers not only extend to your lifespan with early illness detection, but also provide helpful insights and recommendations that's tailored to how you can feel and move better. You can learn more about our biomarkers here.
